Digital Products

All HeyRoobi products are delivered as digital files [such as PDFs] that you can download instantly after purchase. Because these are digital and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been purchased or downloaded.

Problem with order?

If there’s a problem with your order

We want you to be happy with your HeyRoobi purchase. If you have trouble downloading your files, or if the file is corrupted or incorrect, please email us at hello@heyroobi.com within 7 days of purchase so we can help. In most cases, we can resend the correct file or provide an alternative download link.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days with your order details, and we’ll arrange a refund for the duplicate item.

Our free downloads are provided as-is. If you have trouble accessing them, please reach out and we’ll resend the link.
