Last updated: [08 August 2025]
Welcome to HeyRoobi! By accessing our website or purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities before using our site or resources.
1. Who We Are
HeyRoobi [“we”, “our”, or “us”] creates calm, diverse, and creative digital resources for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers. You can contact us at:
Email: hello@heyroobi.com
Address: Available on request
2. What We Offer
All HeyRoobi products are digital only, including printable PDFs, activity packs, and downloadable resources, plus free online videos and community content. No physical products are shipped.
3. Age Suitability
Our resources are designed with toddlers and preschoolers in mind [approx. ages 2–5], with some activities suitable for older children. The My Special Star printable is intended for children aged 4–8. All resources should be used under adult supervision.
4. Using Our Products
When you purchase or download a HeyRoobi resource, you’re granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own family, classroom, or group setting.
You may not:
- Share the files publicly or post them online.
- Sell, resell, or redistribute our resources in any form.
- Claim our work as your own.
If you’d like to use our materials for a wider audience [e.g. multiple classrooms, organisation-wide], please contact us for a licence.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in British pounds. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment processors [e.g. Stripe, PayPal].
6. Refunds & Returns
Because our products are digital, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your files [e.g. wrong or corrupted file], please email us within 7 days so we can resend or replace it. For full details, see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure our resources are accurate, safe, and suitable for their intended use. However, we are not liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our resources.
- Any issues caused by third-party services [e.g. printing services, internet providers].
All activities should be supervised by an adult, and you are responsible for ensuring they are appropriate for the children in your care.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date updated above.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
